Our photo of this particular damage illustrates the typical condition of curb & gutter on the Lee’s Summit, Missouri FY27 Curb Repair project getting underway this summer. One of our long-time clients will be replacing the curb throughout the city. P-Tn will capture (on high-resolution video recording) the existing curb to be replaced, plus the adjacent existing street pavement, and residential front yards & driveways (which are to be left undisturbed). Should a homeowner complain that damage occurred, this record will show whether the damage was there before construction activities began.
